A stupid 39-year-old fugitive Christopher Crego is back in police custody after practically handing himself to police on a silver platter using his Facebook and MySpace pages.
Crego, who fled sentencing on assault charges, displayed his real address on social networks, like Facebook, along with a comment to the effect that police will never catch him. Police were left with the simple task of going to his address and arresting him.
Following the arrest police logged onto Facebook and posted their thanks on his page, saying that “it was due to your diligence in keeping us informed that now you are under arrest.”
